AVAILABILITY & SHIPPING

 

1. AVAILABILITY

All pieces are handmade and produced prior to (or made to) order. The items in stock are limited at any time and it takes some time until new pieces are produced and the shop can be updated again. Made to order pieces and custom orders can take up to 8 weeks. You will be notified via newsletter and instagram when items are restocked.

3. SHIPPING

All products are currently delivered throughout Germany. If you want to order from another country, please contact via email (mail@apinchofsalt.de) and let us know what you would like to order and the country the products should be delivered to. We will soon get back to you.

3.1 DELIVERY TIMES

a pinch of salt is a small business run by one woman – please consider that orders can take time and up to a week to be despatched, as shippings are prepared once a week. The exact delivery times and costs depend on your location. DHL usually delivers within 1–3 working days, within Germany. Shipping to other countries might take several days.

3.2 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include packaging and shipping. The goods are shipped via DHL. If something is damaged during shipping, I am liable for the damage. However, this does not apply to damages that occur after the package has been opened. If the package can not be delivered, it will be deposited in a nearby DHL–shop and can be picked up within 7 working days, before it is sent back. If it cannot be picked up during this time, additional shipping costs might arise.

Please note that international customers outside the EU will be responsible for payment of all duties or taxes. 

3.3 PACKAGING

All orders are carefully packed, due to environmental reasons, usually in reused, resource-saving packaging.

4. PICK–UP

With the option STUDIO PICKUP, you can pick up your order at the specified PICK UP & DROP times. You can pay for your goods online prior to your pick up. Let me know if you don’t find the time during the opening hours, then we can find a more suitable date.

5. RETURNS / CANCELLATION

You have the right to return the received products without reason within 14 days by post without giving any reason. If you would like to return a product please give us prior notice by post or E–Mail (Studio Tamara Pesic, Ludwigstraße 197, 63067 Offenbach, Germany, mail@apinchofsalt.de, +49 174 6576595). You can use our cancellation form for this. Products must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging. Custom–made pieces are excluded from returns, as well as sale pieces and gift cards.

6. CONSEQUENCES OF REVOCATION

In case you revoke the contract, I have to pay back all payments that I have received from you at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I received the notification of your revocation of the contract. For this repayment I use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. I can refuse the repayment until I have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to me within 14 days of the day on which you inform me of the cancellation of this contract. You bear the direct costs of the return. You must pay for any diminished value of the goods if this is attributable to you.
