miso miso is a Heidelberg-based miso brand by Mieko, Melina and Daniel. Their shared passion for making, enjoying and sharing good food brought them together to produce handmade miso from selected organic ingredients and show how healthy, quick and delicious vegan and vegetarian cuisine can be.
MISO
Miso is a fermented seasoning paste from legumes (soybeans), salt and koji mould (aspergillus oryzae). The umami paste matures in a stoneware pot for several months. Already a small amount of it gives a greater depth of flavor which makes cooking easier, tastier, healthier and better digestible.
Join us to make your own paste to take home (a 800 g glass of miso). Everything is provided in the workshop, you don't need to worry about anything.
The Workshop will be held in German.
